The Wirral is a peninsula opposite Liverpool. At the end of the peninsula is the North Sea. To the left (looking out to the North Sea) is the River Dee and to the right the River Mersey. It has also featured heavily in my life.
A Walk Along the Mersey
Today I walked along the river Mersey from near Brunswick Station to the Pier Head.
