A Day Trip to Warrington
Today the wet weather finally went away, so I went to Warrington to see the Thelwell Ferry, Latchford locks and visit three Good Beer Guide pubs. It was the hottest day of the year so far.

Today, it was hot and sunny, so I went to Salford Quays to take some photos, and have a pint in the Lamb Hotel, Eccles.

Yet Another Cold Wet Day in Liverpool
Today is my last full day in Liverpool and the weather is not good. I met John in the Ship and Mitre, with a pint in the Baltic before.

Today I visited West Kirby to suss out the walk to Hilbre Island. I also had drinks in the West Kirby Tap and the Black Toad in Hoylake.

A Cold Dark Sunday in Liverpool
My fourth day in Liverpool, this morning it was dark, cloudy and wet. After a walk round the Albert Dock and the Pier Head I met John for beers in the Vernon Arms.

Another day in Liverpool (the third), it was cold and wet, so I went for a drink or five in Crosby.

A Week in Liverpool Keeping Mum Company
Today my sister went on holiday for a week in the sun, so I’m over in Liverpool keeping my mum company while she’s away. I’ll also be doing some photography and meeting my friend John for bevvies in some of our favourite Merseyside hostelries. I’m travelled there by train.
