Today’s photo is of the weir on the river Colne at Marsden, just after a lot of heavy rain.

This photograph was taken back in 2008, when I was starting to get used to my digital camera (a Canon EOS 400D). The exposure would have been slow, I’d have used a bean bag to hold the camera tight against the iron railing. These days I would use a tripod.
